After a vital 2 0 win over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger gave his post match reaction to the game to SkySports and praised his side spirit and fight. As second half goals from left back Nacho Monreal and a great counter attacking goal from Gervinho sealed the win for the Gunners.

"We've not always had that belief that you need at this level but the players were determined to give absolutely everything."

"Winning a big game like that (against Bayern), of course, improves your confidence even if it is a frustration to go out. We were up for a battle in Munich and it certainly helped."
